A few years ago, a friend was throwing a rooftop penthouse party for more than 100 people. He asked if I could help make the food table something special. I said sure, why not? and built my first big grazing spread, and watched the whole room gather around it.

It became a tradition at my friends parties, and my favorite creative outlet. Then one day it hit me: why not turn it into an experience everyone can share?

I love creating moments, and to me a great table is about more than food. It's where people gather, connect and remember the night. I bring that energy to every event, so you can relax and enjoy your own party.
