How much does a grazing table cost in Miami?

Graze & Board grazing tables start at $850 for a Flat Lay Grazing Table and $1,000 for an Elevated Grazing Table, each feeding up to 30 guests. Our XL Grazing Board starts at $450 and feeds 10–12. Every order is custom, so additional guests and add-ons are priced separately in your quote.

How do I book Graze & Board?

Send us an inquiry with your event details and we'll put together a custom quote. Your date is officially reserved once your 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance and final guest count are due 7 days before your event.

How far in advance should I book a grazing table?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead to secure your date. For last-minute events, we require at least 48 hours' notice for an XL Grazing Board and 72 hours for grazing tables, subject to availability.

What's your cancellation policy?

What is a grazing table?

A grazing table is an abundant, styled spread of cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruit, crackers, nuts, spreads and seasonal garnishes, laid out so guests can serve themselves throughout an event. Graze & Board builds custom grazing tables and grazing boards for private parties, corporate events, weddings and brand activations across Miami-Dade and Broward.

What types of events do you cater?

We create grazing tables for birthdays, rooftop and penthouse parties, yacht events, weddings and engagements, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, office celebrations and brand activations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward.

How much food is on a grazing table per guest?

Our grazing tables are portioned as a meal, so guests leave happy and full. If you're serving it as an appetizer before dinner, let us know and we'll scale the portions to fit.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?

Yes, we're happy to make modifications for dietary preferences and allergies. Because our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, we can't guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale. Delivery fees are based on your event location and included in your quote.

What do I need to provide for a grazing table?

You provide the table. We bring the serving essentials: tongs, spoons and cheese knives. Plates, napkins and cutlery aren't included but can be added for an additional fee.

How long can a grazing table stay out?

Following Florida food safety guidelines, a grazing table can stay out for a maximum of 4 hours and can't be set up in direct sunlight. Every Graze & Board table comes with a discard time on it, so you'll know exactly when to clear any remaining food.

Is setup and cleanup included?

Setup and styling are always included. Cleanup isn't, unless you add our full-service option. For Elevated Grazing Tables, all risers, stands and props belong to Graze & Board, and we'll collect them after your event.
