Who we are
Graze & Board LLC (“we”, “us”) makes grazing tables and boards for events in Miami-Dade and Broward, Florida. This policy covers www.grazeandboard.com. Questions about it can go to info@grazeandboard.com or 305-676-0892.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, event location, what you're interested in, anything you tell us about the event, and whether you'd like news and updates from us.
To stop spam, our server also keeps the internet (IP) address a form was sent from for up to one day. We don't use it for anything else.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your event, and keep a record of our conversations and bookings. If you tick “Sign up for news and updates”, we may also email you occasional news, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that help us run the site
A few trusted services handle your details on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Formspree delivers each inquiry to our email.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Neon stores inquiries in a database that only we can sign in to.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't identify you personally or track you across other websites. The website itself doesn't set any cookies for visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep proper business records. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email info@grazeandboard.com and we'll take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from news and updates at any time.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below.
